We're in the flavours business.
After trying burgers all around the country and also the major burger chains from America, We wanted to create what we think is our ideal burger and share our passion with you.
We have spent over A YEAR triALING different meat suppliers and blends, only to find the best quality meat you can have between our toasted potato buns.

Premium Beef:
A burger is all about the meat. After much research and trIALING, we have found the best Beef Mince, which comes straight from a farm with no middlemen or butchers. This is Grass-Fed 21 Dry Aged Angus Beef with a bespoke blend suited to how we wanted the burgers profile and taste needs to be to bring out the best of the umami flavours. The quality of the Angus is to good in fact, It carries similar marbling you would find in Wagyu Beef.
